A long time ago in a galaxy far, far, away, a little green Jedi said these wise words to his final pupil, a whiny Jedi named Luke Skywalker. He said it again, a long time later, when a much older Luke Skywalker felt lost and alone in his failures.
For me, it's one of the most important parts of the Star Wars galaxy. Battles and wars are won and lost, but passing on knowledge is what truly leaves a mark on this world, or any other.
I learned a lot working with Tom Merritt and Garrett Weinzierl on Let's Talk About Star Wars. When that podcast suddenly ended, I felt more a little lost and alone.
But then I remembered what Yoda said.
So in order to honor some of my favorite characters in the Star Wars universe, all of whom have shared the title of Fulcrum, welcome to The Fulcrum Feed. It's a place to talk about Star Wars. But it will hopeful grow into so much more. A place to share knowledge and expertise in podcasting, to ask questions, and pass on what we've learned, together.
We're starting out with two main feeds. One for Star Wars, and one for The Rings of Power, which I swore on a Silmaril that I wasn't going to podcast about, and then I found a friend who wanted to talk about it too. We'll also likely have a feed for Let's Talk About... a random collection of things we want to talk about, but maybe not that much.
And when I say we, I mean it. Anthony Lemos (ethancaine for those who go back) and I are starting this little Grey Haven, but we won't be alone for long. Do you have a passion you want to talk about? Let us know. We want to hear from you, and not just in a read your email kind of way.
More on that to come but for now, welcome.
